I was convicted for DUI on July 2005.
By now I have completed my punishements and requested the court to "Set aside judgment of guilt" for my 2005 DUI case. (State of AZ doesn't do expungement, but set aside).
Unfortunately judge denied my application and indicated: "the case will not set aside for 60 months".
I am a contributing member of society and would like to continue to strive for professional growth in my career, without the stigma of a DUI incident on my record.
I appreciate you let me know my other options to clear my DUI record.
