I am from Minnesota and recently had an occasion where a friend an I were questioned by police, she admitted to drinking and of course I told the officer that I had nothing to drink beacause of my b-card status,oh and just so you know I wasnt drinking. She was not seen driving and we we did nothing illegal, now I have gotten a letter from the state cancelling my license because the officer "smelled an odor of alcohol" and now the story is that he asked me to do a pbt, which of course is a lie.
