I had 2 duis 20 years ago and then i got 2 more back to back in 1999 and the thrid was considered a 1st offence however the 4th was not because they had just changed the law that if you get 4 duis in a lifetime you loose it for life. I had one lawyer that said he could get it back for me and then he said that he could not. then i talked to a lawyer that said he would try to get one of my convictions overturned. but could not promiss me anything does anyone have this same problem and do you know how to help me . I dont drink anymore. Im 45 and im about to endup on skid row any help is paramount.
