does anyone know if you have to an SR-22 if you get your DUI charge reduced to a wet reckless offense? my lawyer thinks he can get the DUI reduced.

if you don't have a DUI do you have to get the sr-22?

sr-22 insurance is required for most wet reckless offenses from what i understand. i got my DUI reduced to a wet reckless and had to still get the SR-22 insurance.

basically all the punishments were just about the same as a DUI as far as drivers license stuff went, the only real difference from what i understand was that i don't have the criminal record of DUI.

i'd check into it for yourself though but again i think sr-22 insurance is most likely required.
