| I am hoping for some help/advice/ information here. My last (3rd) dui/dwai conviction was in dec of 2003. Among other punishments, I lost my licsence for a year, interlock now. In march '05, I was pulled over for "a weave", while in another vehicle. My vehicle was not in working condition at the time. I live in Colorado, and am desperately trying to rebuild my life; am sober, active in AA. No access to public transportation, live in a very rural area. I am a single mom, with a mortgage. I am scared to death; my lawyer is having a "motions hearing" to try to have the "one weave" thrown out as a "bad stop". I don't have a whole lot of confidence in him. He never gets together with me, etc... Also, I was on the last month of my probation period when this occurred. Please, someone advise me on what to expect. Thank you. |
