my DUI Story

Hi I am Kimberly, and I will tell my DUI story, since it's been a very odd jouney, and it seems, trying to get away from domestic violence, some how, for me, "the cops wife" never ends. It happened to me, and yes, I have to carry a sr-22, for insurance, and for my first DUI, I had a warrant out, just that morning, and the amount for "bail" $65,000.00! Please believe me. He's an "abuser" a cop, for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. He's a deputy, as well, he is on the "Elite Team" SWAT, or S.E.B. So, I went to my class for first offenders, after, an overnight stay in jail! I have 3 children, and this is how, the sheriff's dept, works, just to get out of paying child support, having many affairs, and adding domestic violence, and I received it, he was out of the house, things start to arise, from my past, I never thought of. So, it does happen, and mine was from, outpatient surgery, and he would not pick me up, so, I drove my self, thinking after several hours, nothing was wrong. Well, the odd thing was, by the time, I got out of the parking lot, I was busted! Hm? So, I had to go to the emergency room, they took blood, urine, and I have private council, so he took their samples as well. I have never been in trouble before, "but" now that his image is, not spotless, since I admitted to the years of abuse, that was my prize! This enitire case, and I hope people will remember,it was in Arcadia Calif. by our own friends, we socialize with, and almost 8 months later, I had to walk in, so they could fingerprint me, and to take a photo. What was that about? 8 months later? nothing happening, they didn't keep me? I don't have any type of answer. I went, to jail,on Oct. of 04, "but" I didn't know I had a warrant out, in fact, it was issued that morning, and I called our city police, for my visitation, at that time and day! Well, I was taken from place to place, not knowing, what I was doing, since, I never, thought about trouble. I went in front of a judge, and found out, that I can go to a class, for 3 months, I think and then everything would be fine. At least for my Dui, not the domestic Violence! That's another lie, corrupt, "family Law" system, in Pomona!
