I got a DUI in Mcdonough, GA i was recently convicted with a breath test of .12. I admint i was drunk but i wasn't driving bad or anything like that.
a cop followed me out of a local bar which i have been told is completely illegal. i diddn't get a dui lawyer because i couldn't afford one but now after reading about dui defense on the internet i think i should have. anyway, the cop was waiting in the parking lot for anyone leaving after midnight. i was the poor sucker who caught his attention as i left.
i left at like midnight rather than stay till close and drink more. that's what sucks about this is that if i had stayed and drank more until the bar closed i wouldn't have had this happen.
i left semi- early because i had to go somewhere in the morning and i walked out and got in my car and drove about 1/4 of a mile and was pulled over.
i didn't even drink that much but still got this damn DUI.
is there anything i can do about a DUI after conviction?
