Many DUI lawyers will accept payments, you just have to ask:-) Most will require an initial payment or retainer to begin work and then you can make payments at agreed upon time intervals.
Not many law firms advertise this but again most DUI lawyers will take payments. Just meet with one for a free consultation or simply call the office and ask.

My experience has been most will take paymnets if there is no possibiity of Jail. They want to get paid. My first attorney took payments up to the 5K owed, didnt return calls, cancelled appoinments offerd me 4.5 years Jail as part tof a plea agreement that as I understand is not legally binding with a judge. If you have a decent jos, credit and are not looking at Jail most any attorney will fiannce you.

i felt that a DUI lawyer was needed in my situation but didn't have the money to pay up front.
i agree with the above posters most DUI lawyers will finance you if you ask. i wasn't facing jail time (at least that i know of) so i can't speak on that but i found at least 2 lawyers that would accept payments from me instead of paying for my defense all up front.
i went to 2 different dui lawyers offices and met with them before i chose one. both agreed to take payments.
