| I live in Illinois where the law was recently changed to disallow dui expungement. How long will this dui continue to show up on background checks? |

| jenn i believe the feds passed law some time ago to where dui's never drop off |

It can be dropped (expunged) off the state records, I believe, but anyone willing to pay about 60 dollars, more or less, will be able to access your complete records which will state your DUI arrest.
Interesting things you find out from people you meet at the DUI program.
Don't mean to freak you out. I know, I have it forever too. |
