I recently moved to Texas from Virginia. My license was restricted in Virginia but the restriction has expired since my move to Texas.

I have not gone back to Virginia since my move in order to get a new license. Will I have a problem getting a TX license?

Thanks for any help and/or advice

since your VA license revocation has expired you should be fine in Texas but there are no guarantees. Go to the Texas DMV and apply for a drivers license.

Since there is no current drivers license suspension in any other state you should be okay. If there is any problem with the Texas dmv then you'll most likely need to deal with the VA dmv again.

I got some good info on this page,
