San Diego County DUI

A San Diego County DUI is a drunk driving related offense that occurs within the 3rd largest county within the state of California, (in addition San Diego is the 6th largest county in the entire United States).  A DUI is a type of drunk driving offense that describes the act of driving of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs OR driving with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level of .08% or greater.

The police are known to be very tough in San Diego county when it comes to DUI arrests and the San Diego courts are even tougher.  If arrested in San Diego this is what you will charged with;

• 23152(a) It is a misdemeanor to drive under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
• 23152(b) It is a misdemeanor to drive with .08% or more of alcohol in your blood.
