Is there a difference between a “DUI Class” and a “Alcohol Awareness Class”?
Yes, a “DUI Class” is for those people who wee arrested for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. A “Alcohol Awareness Class” is for people who were arrested on any alcohol related charge other then a DUI/DWI offense, for example someone who was arrested on a “Public Intoxication” charge may be ordered by the court to complete a “Alcohol Awareness Class”.
Should I wait until the court has convicted me before I sign up for a DUI class?
No! Do not wait. If you were arrested on a DUI or other alcohol related charge you need to take a proactive approach and et signed up for a class right away before being sentenced. This approach will be looked upon favorably by the court and can result in a reduction in charges.
How does an online DUI class work?
The first step is for you to register for the class you need. Then once you have signed up you will receive an email from us with a link that will allow you to start your class right away. At the end of your class you will be asked to send us an email to request your certificate. Once we receive this email we will get your certificate processed.
How do you know if I completed my class?
We are able to see your progress on our end and review your class once it is completed. We are also able to see if you skipped videos or did not spend the proper amount of time on a video and more.
Can I go at my own pace in your class?
Yes, our class is a self-paced class meaning that you are able to log in and off the class whenever you like 24 hours a day.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
The very last page of your class will prompt you to email us to request your certificate. Once you do this we will process your certificate. Once this has been done we will email you a copy and send you a hard copy by mail.
How do I know if your class is accepted in my state?
Our classes are accepted in many states, but not every state. To find out whether or not our class will be accepted in your state please review the particular state page on our website to find out, or you can just give us a call and we can help you figure it out. Online DUI classes are complicated and signing up for one should not be taken lightly.
I’m not a resident of the state where I was arrested, how do I ask them if I can take this class?
What you need to do is ask the court or agent that is requiring you to complete the class if they will accept our class. If the court or agency needs further details on our class to make a decision, just let us know and we can email you a course curriculum.
Do I have to complete the class all at once?
No, you are fee to complete the class on your schedule.
