Ohio DUI Classes Online - Driver Intervention Programs

First Offense DUI/OVI Class

First time offenders in Ohio will be required to complete a 24 hour class to meet court requirements. Our online 24 hour class cost is $379 and you may register here:

Classes with more hours

The court may order a higher Level of DUI class consisting of more hours of education. Below is a list of the higher Levels of online education we offer. Just select the class and hours the court has required to register for the class:

32 Hour DUI Class Online
36 Hour DUI Class Online
45 Hour DUI Class Online
60 Hour DUI Class Online

How the Online DUI Class Works

  • Step 1: Register for the class and complete the checkout process.
  • Step 2: After checkout you will receive an email that contains your purchase receipt and a link to your class. Make sure you save this receipt until you have completed your class.
  • Step 3: Complete each chapter in sequential order.
  • Step 4: Take each of the quizzes. A passing grade of 70% is required before you may move on to the next chapter. You will also be able to print or download a Certificate of Completion after each quiz.
  • Step 5: After completing the final chapter of the class you will need to complete the final exam with a passing grade of 70% or greater. Once you complete the class the official "Certificate of Completion" will be mailed to you.

Please note that each Driver Intervention Program is held at a local hotel where you will be staying for the 72-hour program. When you contact the program they will provide you with the hotel contact information.

DIP Rules and Regulations

  • You must not consume any alcohol or drugs for 72 hours prior to attending the program.
  • No alcohol or drugs are allowed during the 72 hour program. If you are caught consuming drugs or alcohol you will be dismissed from the program and you will have to obtain a court referral to attend another DIP.
  • You will be provided a name tag and you must wear at all times.
  • Cell phones must be powered off during lectures and group sessions.
  • You may smoke in the designated areas during breaks.
  • Any items such as iPods must remain in your room at all times.
  • If you are on prescription medication, these will be held in the counselor's room.
  • You must be on time to all sessions.
  • No rowdy behavior will be allowed or tolerated.
  • No guests are permitted.

Once you have completed the program, the counselor will report your compliance and completion back to the service provider and they will then inform the court of your completing the program.
