If you are a resident of Arkansas or have a driver's license in the state of Arkansas you are not eligible to take an online DWI/DUI class to satisfy court requirements for a DWI offense in Arkansas.
If you are not a resident of Arkansas and do not hold a valid driver's license in the state and received a DWI in Arkansas, you will need to get court approval before registering for an online DWI class. If the court has approved you to take an online DWI/DUI class you may choose the class you are required to take below. Most first time offenders in Arkansas will be required to take a Level 1 DWI class that consists of 12 hours of education.
If this is a first offense, but there were aggravating circumstances involved or subsequent offense, the court may have ordered you to take a Level 2 DWI/DUI class that consists of 16 hours of education.
