Vermont DUI Class Requirement for DUI Offenders

In Vermont, DUI offenders are required to complete the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (IDRP). This program includes a 10-hour educational component that can be done either intensively in 2 days or spread over 4 weeks. Depending on the evaluation, additional treatment may be required. The program must be completed with a clinician licensed in Vermont, or a counselor with at least a Master’s degree who is pursuing licensure in the state​ (Health Vermont)​.
