Utah DUI Class Requirements for DUI Offenders
In Utah, DUI offenders are required to complete an educational program called PRIME For Life. This program is 16 hours long and must be attended in person over at least two days. It focuses on skills development, participation in classroom activities, and uses a workbook to help participants make low-risk life choices (Utah Substance Use and Mental Health) (VOAUT Coursestorm).
For non-residents of Utah, or for those who committed their offense outside of Utah, online DUI classes might be an option, but it’s crucial to verify with the local authorities that these classes will be accepted before enrolling (DUI Law Center).
